The Middlewoman also offers a full Building & Project Management Service to help you with all aspects of the Design and Construction of your Renovation Building work, including helping you move in!

Quotes/Estimates

If you decide that The Middlewoman is right for your situation then we can organise an initial costing estimate on your proposed Building or Renovation work. We feel this is important to do before engaging a designer, architect, drafts-person or submitting plans to council. We understand that the significant costs of building need to be managed effectively.

Building Approvals

When necessary, we can organise Development Applications or Complying Developments for your local Council. We understand the application process to get Development Approvals or Construction Certificates that your job may need. The cost of this will differ from job to job but we encourage you to enquire to see what we can do for you. Project Management & Building Services

We can Project Manage your job, or leave as much of it up to you as you require whilst still being in regular liaison with you throughout the construction process. We aim to be considerate of your other commitments and will strive to work within a timescale that suits your situation, and also ensure that our trades and service people work to the highest quality, and are trustworthy enough so they can work even if you’re out of the house.

We are happy to come and resolve any issues that may come up after the construction, and can provide ongoing maintenance such as cleaners or gutter cleaners.
